There was a point in my life where I had hit rock bottom. I was fat, lazy, and weak—not just physically, but mentally and spiritually. I wasn’t eating well. I barely drank water. I didn’t work out. I had no job, no income, no drive, and no purpose. I was simply existing—drowning in negative thoughts, headaches, and disconnection from the people around me.
Then one day, I looked in the mirror. My skin was terrible, acne all over, and I looked a decade older than I actually was. I saw a man who was lost.
That was my wake-up call.
I realized I couldn’t magically wish success into existence, but I could take back control over my health, time, and mindset. So I did. I built a framework that changed everything for me—Forward Momentum.
Here’s how I started reclaiming my life:
- Mind, Body, Soul
- Sleep well
- Drink water with lemon for hydration and electrolytes
- Get outside and stay active
- Keep your mind occupied with meaningful action
- Make Money
- It doesn’t matter how you earn—just make more than you spend.
- Post Online
- The internet is a free, unlimited marketplace.
- Build an audience, connect, provide value, and monetize.
These three actions, repeated every single day, became my foundation. A productive day became a productive week, and weeks turned into months.
Now? I feel stronger than ever. I make money. I have purpose. I’ve rebuilt my body and mind. And I enjoy the life I’ve built with intention.
Remember: you get exactly what you want in life when you move with forward momentum.
